Reigning Bikini Olympia champion Jennifer Dorie is set to defend her throne at the upcoming 2022 Olympia, scheduled for Dec. 15-18 at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. In a recent YouTube video, Dorie showed a full day of eating while in prep around two months from Olympia.

Dorie first gained popularity in the IFBB with incredible conditioning in the Bikini division. She had a very impressive season. She competed at the 2021 Arnold Classic and managed to win the Bikini title. She defeated former three-time Bikini Olympia queen Ashley Kaltwasser as well as top contenders Elisa Pecini and Lauralie Chapados

In 2021, Jennifer Dorie proved her dominance again, and claimed the Bikini Olympia title. In addition to winning a total of $50,000, Dorie defeated familiar foes Kaltwasser, who took third, and runner-up Chapados. As she gears up to defend her status as champion, Jennifer will need to combat the return of Janet Layug, who made her mark in the division back in 2020 when she won Bikini Olympia

With over 210k followers on Instagram, Dorie helps motivate and guide her fans on their respective fitness journeys. In her latest endeavor, the reigning Bikini Olympia champion gave a comprehensive breakdown of what her diet has been like as preparations intensify for the biggest show of the year.
